Call us at (620) 482-6317, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. We will walk you through the application; approval is based on credit or proof of income, and a deposit holds your home.

Is there a move-in special?

Yes. Our current special offers the first month free with a paid deposit and an approved application. Call for current terms and availability.

What was renovated?
